This little man belongs to a friend of mine.  He’s so tiny and precious!  I enjoyed chatting with her and photographing her sweet (very alert!) new little pumpkin.

Nicole & Mark {Santa Barbara wedding sneak peek}

Filed under: wedding — kristalucasphotography @ 5:37 pm

Why Nicole and Mark are the luckiest people in the world: rain in the CA forecast for a week, and it started the day after their beautiful beach wedding!

Honestly, this was of the sweetest weddings I’ve been a part of – it was small and intimate, with their closest friends and family standing around them as they were married.  The reception was at Piatti’s, a fabulous restaurant in Montecito, and felt like a big family dinner.  (It was double the fun for me, since Nicole is the older sister of one of my best friends, so I enjoyed talking to Rachel too!)

Here are some of my favorite images I’ve edited so far.  I still have a bunch of portraits, the ceremony, and reception to do, but I really wanted to share.

more of the tompkins family

I just realized I can insert photos as a gallery!  If you click on the small images, you can see them larger (though some might be cut off).  Much easier to insert photos this way.

These are the rest of my favorites from the beach session I did on New Year’s Day.  Enjoy!

tompkins {sneak peek}

I had fun doing this beach shoot on new year’s day in Manhattan Beach.  The location was gorgeous, late afternoon light amazing, and the family was tons of fun (and yes, this little girl did give me a workout!)  🙂
