Michael, Maria, Nick and Theo {Rancho Palos Verdes family session}

I love photographing families who love to have fun together! This family does just that – we laughed, got fun shots, and enjoyed the overcast morning at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. It had been raining the entire time I was driving to the session and miraculously cleared about 7 minutes before I arrived at the resort – I was so thankful! It really was gorgeous outside, and such a fun place to use for these family photographs!

Seriously, boys have the most amazing eyelashes.

Stev and Diana {whittier celebration of vows}

Diana is my sister-in-law’s sister…so almost family! She and Stev married in a civil ceremony over the summer and were so happy to have a celebration yesterday with their friends and family. He sweetly brought her things she had left in their car each time she asked, helped her walk up and down the steps, and held her hand and looked at her as though he was falling in love with her all over again. It was lovely to witness their vows to each other. It was overcast, but still a lovely day at the East Whittier Friends Church. Here are a few of my favorites:

This sweet pea was 15 days old when I photographed him. He was far more interested in eating at first, but then was awake and alert and quite happy! I got a few sleepy shots and alot of his little eyes! 🙂
